Maria came to ELLS in 1984 and became an officer and a shareholder in 2001.
For over 20 years, Maria has worked with ELLS clients in a variety of areas including audits, reviews and complilations, individual and corporate taxation, California state Enterprise Zone and federal tax credits, inbound taxation issues, and real estate tax strategies. Maria manages ELLS’ Cost Segregation department and is responsible for the implementation and completion of all Cost Segregation studies.
A major proponent of the hispanic business community, Maria joined the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors in 2002 and was the recipient of their Small Business Member of the Year award in 2007.
